- You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 345com Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering your 345com account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.
- You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address for account verification purposes.
- Account sharing is prohibited. Your 345com account is personal and may not be accessed or used by any other person.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether authorised by you or not.
- You must notify 345com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support.
- 345com reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its discretion, particularly where false or misleading information has been provided.
4 KYC & Verification
345com is required by its licensing obligations to implement a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. All registered users must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal and may be required to complete it at other stages of their use of the Platform, including when depositing above certain thresholds.
As part of the KYC process, 345com may request the following documents:
- A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months.
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet registered to the same details as your 345com account.
- A selfie or live photograph alongside your identification document, as requested by the 345com compliance team.
345com will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed. Providing false, altered, or stolen identity documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals
345com supports a range of Pakistani payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Cash OTC. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the 345com Platform:
- Deposits are credited to your 345com account balance instantly or within the time specified for your chosen payment method.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit to your 345com account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.

- Withdrawals requested before KYC verification is complete will be placed on hold until the verification process is finalised.
- 345com reserves the right to conduct additional checks on any transaction suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse, and may suspend processing of such transactions pending investigation.
- In the event that a deposit is made in error or a transaction is disputed, users must contact 345com support promptly. 345com will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Fast Withdrawals: 345com processes the majority of withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on your financial institution.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
345com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing users from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible user unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on the 345com Platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, casino game, or event. General rules applicable across the entire Platform are set out below:
- All bets placed on 345com are final once confirmed by the system. 345com does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest system error.
- 345com reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or settled in error, at odds that were clearly incorrect, or on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of bet placement.

- Casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator ("RNG"). 345com does not interfere with game outcomes and the results of all certified games are final.

8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 345com Platform. Any user found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Creating more than one 345com account, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
- Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

Zero Tolerance Policy: 345com operates a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, match manipulation, and financial crime. 9 Responsible Gaming

- 345com does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform and accepts no liability for temporary outages, data loss, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
- 345com is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
- In no event shall 345com's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 345com's negligence, where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
13 Amendments
345com reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, 345com will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated accordingly.
Your continued use of the 345com Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 345com support.
14 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 345com holds its gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including Pakistan.
